It works well in 2003 and 2004, so we all decided to do it again in 2005. The Dan Burger Points Series will be in full force in 2005. We have created five events and included for the first time the Napa Valley Inline Marathon and for the 2nd time the GodFather 100 K Roadskate. We are attempting to make this a part of the 100 K marathon series that takes in the summer and fall on the east coast. It's time the left coast got rollin' and now we are. |
| The race venue for most of the
events will be on a closed off 4 mile section of Canada Road along the Crystal Springs
Reservoir in San Mateo Ca. The course is rolling hills and smooth asphalt all the way. 1
lap = 10 kilometers. The races will start at 9:15 A.M. and end at 12:00 noon except for
the GodFather 100 K Roadskate. That event will begin at 7:00 A.M. This year the Napa Valley Inline Marathon and Half Marathon will be included as a part of the Dan Burger Points Race Series. This race will take place on the Silverado Trail in the Napa Valley on Sunday, Aug. 7, 2005. |

The race series is being sponsored by Twin Cam Bearings. This company has been supporting this event and the skaters for many years and have supported this from the very beginning. The members of the California Outdoor Rollerskating Association wish to thank Twincam for their fantastic support and we plan to return the favor by pumping them up throughout the series. |
