C.O.R.A. skaters were honored in Oct. 1997 as they skated through Los Angeles, Ca. on our way to Santa Monica in the Skate Against Violence Roadskate from San Francisco to Santa Monica.   The Los Angeles Police Dept. gave our group a police motorcycle escort with lights andf sirens blaring to Los Angeles City City Hall where the Mayor and other local dignatairies presented the awards
