California Outdoor Rollersports Association
On Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2009, people around
the world will be celebrating the inauguration of Barack Obama, America's
44th President. It is truly a reason to get out and celebrate. We may not be
able to go to Washington DC for the ceremonies, but we can do something here
in San Francisco even more fun.
FUNKYTOWN will be the place to be here in San Francisco. FUNKYTOWN is the
off playa home of the Black Rock Roller Disco. D. Miles Jr, The GodFather of
Skating in San Francisco will be your host ae we boogie to the old school
funk. We will set up TV monitors and big screen projectors to show the live
broadcasts while we skate, dance and party the night away in celebration of
this historic event.
