HALLOWEEN IN THE STREETS OF THE CITY For San Francisco’s skaters, Halloween has always been a fantastic experience. Skating through this magnificent city in wild costumes and in full party mode is the kind of experience that makes this such a fantastic place to live. You are invited to come down and celebrate Halloween with the Midnight Rollers as we present a grand haunting of the streets of San Francisco on skates |

We plan to get this party started on Halloween night, Oct. 31 2012 with a special version of the San Francisco Friday Night Skate. Skaters will gather at Ferry Plaza in front of the Ferry Building at Market St. and the Embarcadero. Come shake your groove thang with the "GodFather of Skating" David "D" Miles (in costume as Don King) as he grooves to the old school funk and roller disco beat at 7:30 P.M. We want to see the wildest, sexiest, oddest and weirdest costumes. At 9:00 we will take off on our skate/party tour throughout the City hitting all the hot spots like Pier 39, through Fisferman's Wharf, Aquatic Park, through the Broadway and Stockton Tunnels and stopping at Union Square to pump up the party. |
|
We plan to converge at
Union Square at about 10PM. We will do a massive "Thriller Dance " for
the public so even if you can't skate with us, meet us at Union Square and
join in the fun.
We're even planning a Ghostbuster's Gangnam Style dance!!! Afterward
we will skate through the Concrete Canyons and end back at the Ferry
Building where we began.
It's free to attend, Just show up in costume ready to roll!!! You can skate, ride your bike or get around any human powered way you like. For more information, call D. Miles Jr., the GodFather of Skating at 415-752-1967 or e-mail to Sk8GodFatheer@att.net |
